Jennifer Rudolph, Founder
Jennifer has always had a passion for helping actors succeed. She spent the first 10 years of her career as a casting director under the tutelage of Jeff Mitchell and eventually became a partner at Mitchell/Rudolph Casting. Jennifer has cast over 40 films and television shows and has helped start the careers of such actors as Michelle Monaghan, Kate Bosworth and Ian Somerhalder, While a casting director, Jennifer began teaching audition technique classes and from there created The Actor's Green Room. She believes that every actor has an organic spark that if nurtured properly can become something amazing. To quote FIELD OF DREAMS, "if you build it, they will come."

Ben Gammerman, Operations Manager
Ben is a composer, lyricist and pianist who recently got his MFA from NYU's Tisch School of the Arts. He loves actors and performers, and is beyond excited to join The Actor's Green Room. After all, green is his favorite color!
Olivia Baptista, Operations Assistant
Olivia is a proud, Jersey-bred actress, producer, and nerd living in NYC. Upon completing her studies at Dartmouth College and LAMDA, Olivia went on to direct Shakespeare in Bosnia & Herzegovina, which then went on to tour all around the Balkans. After the show closed, and a short stint backpacking Europe, she rooted herself in NYC a little over a year ago and has loved the journey NYC has afforded her. In recent months, Olivia produced her first short films -- both of which are currently circulating festivals -- and this summer she will ASM Love & Human Remains at Playwrights Horizon, return to Bosnia to direct another Shakespearean production, and begin principle photography on her first feature film (in which she stars and produces) in September. Olivia couldn’t be more humbled and excited to be a part of the AGR family. Michael Bryan Hill, Programming
Michael is a working actor, singer and improviser. He has appeared in numerous commercials, films, national tours, and New York/Off-Broadway productions. He is thrilled to be a part of the supportive, informative, and network building environment which only the The Actor's Green Room provides.

Bettina Bilger, Industry Liaison
Bettina is an actress, writer and casting director, which gives her tremendous insight into this unique business. She loves the great creative processes involved and takes pride in being able to bring the best caliber of casting directors and agents that NYC has to offer to our Actor's Green Room.
Shannon Hamm, Media Assistant
Shannon is an actress who's been kicking around NYC and simply living the dream. After training at The American Musical and Dramatic Academy, she has spent time working in independent films and in small productions around New York. She most recently studied at The Maggie Flanigan Studio and is, as any actor should, continuing to build her craft. Shannon is super excited to be joining the AGR team after being a huge fan for so many years and can't wait to see where life takes her next!
Canedy Knowles
Canedy has been working in front of the camera, on the stage and behind the scenes most of her life. She has appeared in network series', major motion pictures, various commercials, Off Broadway and currently performs with Chicago City Limits. When she isn't performing, Canedy loves helping actors present themselves in a stylish, unique and professional way without breaking the bank.

Jane Dashow
Jane is a working actor and voice over talent. She loves helping actors find their “voice” and get to the next level of their own success. She enjoys both sides of the camera and all parts of the creative process. Being a reader has helped her own career and given her the chance to be the den mother of all the performers.

Debbie Troche
Debbie is a working NYC actor who has performed, written and produced theater and award-winning comedy for many years. Debbie loves being a part of the Actor's Green Room experience because she enjoys the opportunity to help other actors, and finds that doing so deepens her own understanding of both the business and the craft. Besides, Big Bird always taught her to share.

Kim Ramirez
Kim is an actress, writer, and acting coach. She is passionate about the craft and loves helping young actors discover their real potential. She also works behind the camera, directing and producing short film projects. Josh Hemphill
Josh has been an actor since a very young age. He Has performed in Off Bway and regional theaters and has appeared in several commercials/print. Josh loves being a part of The Actor's Green Room because it constantly helps you improve yourself as an actor. His favorite part about being involved with The Actor's Green Room is all of the wonderful and dedicated people you get to meet in the industry.
Julia Tokarz
Julia is an actress, writer, sketch comedienne, and improviser. Recent bookings include the upcoming Tina Fey/Amy Poehler feature The Nest, Heather Graham's comedy Half Magic, Blue Bloods (CBS), The Following (FOX), The Michael J. Fox Show (NBC), Inside Amy Schumer (Comedy Central), & Hey Girl! (MTV). Her award winning comedy webseries, It's Not Okay, Cupid! has screened at festivals across the country. Julia is a huge advocate of the power of The Actor's Green Room to turn actors into working actors. She understands the struggles of networking and knows that The Actor's Green Room is the best place available to create and maintain positive relationships with the industry. Amy Bettina
Amy has been pursuing her acting career in New York City for over 10 years, with primary focus on the television, film & commercial industry. After graduating from an intense 3-year conservatory program The New York Conservatory for Dramatic Arts, School of Film, Television & Theatre, Amy went on to complete her BFA degree at Adelphi University for Theatre. She is now a senior staff member at The Actor's Green Room and one of the head coordinators of the LAXplore program. She offers private acting coaching on and off camera, as well as a dialect coaching. Amy has an athletic background as a former figure skater and has a keen ear for accents, various impersonations and original character work. She enjoys writing and performing in comedic sketches, stand-up routines, and various shorts. She loves working at AGR almost as much as she loves Pandas.

Chris Carfizzi
Chris is an actor, singer and comedian who has performed in National Tours, Off-Off Broadway and in comedy clubs around New York City. He’s a regular in the Monday Night Class and is excited about being a part of The Actor’s Green Room because it provides a healthy environment where actors can learn and network at the same time in the company of some really good people. His wife says that he talks to basically everyone, so that probably makes him a good fit.

Amanda B. Goodman
Amanda B. Goodman is a New York Native actress, writer, and comedian! She's been acting in and out of the industry for the past fifteen years and has loved every moment of it! Her self-produced comedy shorts and original Web Series, Goody's Goodies, can be seen on the web and beyond! As a writer, she has penned a full-length novel, several plays, short films, entertainment articles, and monologues for actors. Nichole Yannetty
Nichole Yannetty is an actress, improviser, and comedian. She can be seen in numerous web-series, improvising around NYC and in sketch comedy shorts that she writes and produces. Melissa Navia
Melissa Navia is an actress and writer who splits her time between NY & LA. Her credits include film, TV, theatre, commercials, web series, industrials, and print work. Some of it pays the bills. She has been with The Actor's Green Room for more than three years now and seen firsthand how results in this business come from smart preparation, dedicated hard work, and unshakeable determination. Consistency is key. Her advice for actors: Never apologize for being an artist. Say it aloud. Proclaim it with confidence. No excuses necessary. When Melissa isn't telling stories, she is practicing martial arts, playing the banjo, or running long distances for no particular reason.
Kelly Tuohy
Kelly is a working actor, both onstage and in front of the camera. She brings years of professional experience to AGR and believes the most successful actors are able to marry their honed acting craft and keen business sense; AGR helps actors do both. She has experienced firsthand how AGR's supportive guidance, coaching and introductions can foster careers and she's elated to be part of such a nurturing environment.

Jevon McFerrin
Jevon has been a working actor in New York since he graduated from the American Academy of Dramatic Arts (NY) in 2005. He has had experiences ranging from the Broadway stage, to film and commercials. He truly is excited to be a part of the AGR team because of the teaching tools he’s learned along the way in his own acting journey, and looks forward in helping other actors on their own journeys. Anna Suzuki, Intern
Anna is an actor and stand-up comedian. Since moving to NYC from Japan in 2000, Anna has been taking advantage of all the opportunities the city offers, including AGR. AGR has helped Anna tremendously in meeting and fostering invaluable relationships with industry professionals and open doors for her career. She also loves the really cool view of the Empire State Building from the hip AGR space, and that she gets to provide fellow AGR's with a fun, welcoming environment and lots of water. Lianna Nielsen, Intern
Lianna is an actress, improviser, writer and producer. She has been seen in films, on television and on stage here in NYC. Most recently in David Cross's feature film, “Hits,” and performing with her improv team "The Snatch Menagerie." Joshua Schubart, Intern
Joshua is a New York native. He started acting in his early teens. His drive took him through a BA in Acting from Stonybrook University and then into an MFA program at the FSU/Asolo Conservatory for Actor training. He has established a reputation for himself as a hardworking and talented actor. MFA trained, Joshua has been seen in projects ranging from small indie films to walking the boards at the Metropolitan Opera. Some of his recent work includes Lady Macbeth of Mtsensk (MET Opera), Kid's Choice Sports Awards with Michael Strahan (Nickelodeon), The Daily Show (Comedy Central), and a national I Love NY commercial. Not only is Joshua a dynamic actor, but he is a highly trained stunt man/stage combatant, with training in hand to hand, almost every bladed weapon and most guns. Claire Ganshert, Intern
Claire is an actor based in NYC. Most recently seen in a nation-wide commercial for Burlington Coat Factory, she graduated from University of Wisconsin-La Crosse, and is continuing her training in 2015 at Maggie Flanigan Studio. Jen Keefe, Intern
After moving to New York City in September 2012, Jen promptly enrolled in the core improv program at the Upright Citizen’s Brigade Theatre, of which she is a proud graduate. Patrick Pizzolorusso, Intern
Patrick is a classically trained NY based actor and writer, and sometimes prop and model miniature maker. He splits his time treading the boards of many of NYC's independent theaters and working in front of the camera. He's worked his way through a large portion of Shakespeare's canon as well as appeared in several web-series, Indie shorts, and student films. Nhadya Salomon, Intern
Nhadya Salomon is a native of Jacksonville, Florida and has had a passion for acting since she was a kid; attending Jacksonville's only performing arts Junior High and High Schools as a theater major. She has performed in over a dozen theater productions and has appeared in various television and film projects. Earlier this year Nhadya booked one of her dream roles, Beneatha in A Raisin in the Sun at the Open Stage Theater in Pennsylvania's state capital. Currently Nhadya can be seen as a Casino Fanatic on a commercial airing for Virgin. Nhadya received her Bachelors is Media Management from the University of Florida, has studied acting at The American Conservatory Theater in San Francisco and is a proud graduate of the Maggie Flanigan Studio Acting Conservatory here in New York City. She is grateful to be a part of the AGR team!
